Thanks everybody, I agree, my thrift store is a gold mine. I am so excited about using the ribbons, I just love vintage ones, they have so much more character.

Wow they are gorgeous! You have set me a challenge now – I am off charity shop shopping with my friend tomorrow (a replacement day for the one when my little one got sick!) I hope I manage to find something half as nice as those ribbons – they look perfect with your snowflake too
